Returns & Refunds Policy

At ES Enclosure Ltd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for items purchased through our online shop.
Your Right to Return
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order if they are:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition
- Returned with all packaging and documentation
Custom-built, bespoke, or made‑to‑order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, you may request:
- A full refund
- A replacement
- A repair (where suitable)
We may ask for photos to help assess the issue.
How to Request a Return
Email us at energystorgaeenclosures@aol.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged or faulty)
We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the item is **faulty or incorrect**, we cover return shipping.
- If returning due to **change of mind**, you cover return postage.
- Please use a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Non‑Returnable Items
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom enclosures
- Bespoke fabrications
- Modified ISO containers
- Special‑order components
- Items used, installed, or altered after delivery
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for standard shop items only and depend on stock availability.
